Coastal run along the bike path from Sao Joao up to Guia in Cascais along the way to Guincho beach. Beautiful views of the Atlantic and plentiful places to stop for a bit and a drink.

Amazing trail (can be busy) up the Santa Barbara front country – great ocean views until you pop over the top then head back into the hills and return down the center of Romero Canyon next to the river.
